Introducing a compact, yet powerful offset, which is the smallest commercial offset smoker we build. The 250-has a small footprint, but can handle a pretty sizeable workload. It can be used for restaurant operations, catering and pop-ups, etc. It comes on skids, three style of trailers and a wagon.
This pit mirrors in performance it's big brothers the 500 and 1,000 gallon. It delivers world class barbecue at an unthinkable price.
We placed our efforts within computational fluid dynamics to ensure this unit burns extremely even (+or - 5 degrees across whole grate), prevents having to rotate meat and finished product quicker by its precision airflow.
This unit is now being cooked on by multiple award winning pitmasters around the US. You will find pits in some of the top Texas Monthly Top 50 BBQ Joints, a 2019 Food and Wine Chef of the year, James Beard nominees and more.

Each of our pits has its own unique patina finish and is truly one of a kind. If you would like to make a request for certain patina colors, we will do our best to accommodate. However, please keep in mind colors are limited and options depend on what we have in inventory.
